User:
A 214 is required when a Pre-Appointment is confirmed with the customer, appointments are made for pick-up and/or delivery, the pick-up is complete, the shipment is delayed, a delivery is rescheduled, and a delivery is complete. If there is more than one stop, a 214 is to be sent after the completion of each leg. If there is more one than pick-up, a 214 must be sent when each is completed. The 214's will be acknowledged with a 997.
